Ecommerce | Customer Service:

  • Provide a superior level of customer service via email, social media and phone
  • Further develop the customer service department and suggest changes in procedure to better service the customer and their experience
  • Liaise between internal logistics and third-party warehouse to ensure efficiency in order fulfillment and managing web inventory
  • Execution of the content strategy across multiple pages (Homepage, Campaign Landing Page, Shop the look, etc.)
  • Facilitate and execute product set up process (Price, Images, copy details, size charts, Inventory, SEO description, etc.)
  • Set up Clearance/Sale pricing process
  • Prepare weekly selling reports to be distributed across teams and to upper management


Sample Management:

  • Label, track and organize incoming photo, PR and e-Comm/Sales samples
  • Keep photo samples meticulously organized to help make identification and retrieval as easy as possible
  • Perform semiannual review of core photo samples and replace worn or unneeded products
  • Drive end to end process of regular review and boxing of photo samples for sample sale; assist with regular boxing and sample sale of PR and marketing samples
  • Help drive process changes that improve efficiency of all-of-the above
  • Pull photo samples in advance of e-Comm shoots
  • Review returned samples from e-Comm shoots, relabel where necessary and re-rack



  • Passion for eCommerce & improving the consumer experience
  • Experience in using & managing web platforms if applicable (Shopify, Zendesk)
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Strong project & process management skills
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Analytical & data-driven mindset
  • Willingness to constantly learn, develop and grow in the role
